89 accord cig. lighter & int. light fuse?

my cig. lighter and interior light have stopped working. i checked the fuse box cover and there is no fuse listed for these things. i pulled out all the fuses and none of them look burned and everything on the chart (on the cover) is working. is there another fuse somewhere for the lighter and int. light? if so, where?

Should be fuse #13 in the under hood fusebox for the lighter and the courtesy lights. BTW, welcome to the board! :D
