help guys my cars is soofuct.. i need help

well yeah i know i don;t have a 3g accord but i do have a 2g prelude which is the same motor. the other day my idle started to go up and was idleing at around 1500, then it would do the up down up down thing, i'd turn the idle adjust screw in on the TB and it'd be good for a day again. go back up blahblah you know it kept happening and i had to end up turning it in until it was all the way in. now the car is gutless as hell because there is no ait getting to it. now get this, i have replaced every vacuum line in the engine bay, i have replaced the MAP sensor, and the one beside it in the black box, i have replaced fuel filter, IAC valve on the back of the intake manifold, the 2 heat sensors in the thermostat housing. i have even tried a different ThrottleBody. please tell me what could be wrong, and i'm not pushing any ecu codes either. and all these parts were replaced AFTER the problem started

Idle control valve. Look on the back of the manifold (intake) and you'll see a part with two coolant lines going to it. That's the part. Either try cleaning it or buying a new one. Most likely a new part will be in order.

shes an efi beast and the block and head were swapped in from a european bt-1. shes a good goat and this is really the first thing that has ever pissed me off about the car. i know i am new to the site and i hope you don't mind me being here owning a prelude and all but she is afterall an accord/prelude hybrid. if anyone else can think of what it might be please help, and also i know you boys are accord lovers but i have a few pics for ya too. http://images.cardomain.com/member_img_a/205000-205999/205854_173_full.jpg

i'll see if i can get one of the front for ya, and thanks for the kind words.... now i have done the IAC valve again from a diferent car aswell and injector seals. i took out the thermostat, cleaned, checked and gapped plugs and checked wires. i am soooo clueless if any of you hardcore techs can help me out that would be great cause i am ready to jump it off a cliff and write it off

another thing i just tried u got my dad to put a thick leather glove on and with the car running he was able to completely cover the throttle body opening and the car stayed the exact same... is there maybe somthing wrong with my intake manifold or head?

took off the iac valve all together, the 2 holes in the intake manifold, plugged them, and normally it would stall if this happened and no it did'nt stall still same shit so ithink intake manifold and head are comming off next

check you fuel pressure the engine is running lean.

thanks guys i'm gonna try this but instead of brakleen (don't have any) i know i feel bad for saying this but i think i'm gonna try a little bit of tap water because if it drops at all i atleast know what it is....

cestiii meant to say brake clean , or carb cleaner......even wd 40 works but that leaves stains so use carb cleaner and spray it around the intake were it meets the head and around any vacuum lines or seals that are supposed to seal out air....If there is a leak the car will either rev up momentarily or drop the revs...

Turning the the tb will only momentarily fix it.....then the computer will then recalibrate and return to what it was doing before.....
it seems like the car thinks that its cold mabye

is there addiquite coolant in the rad.....if there isnt enough coolant in the rad it wont allow the sensors to work properly.

Update on the situation and go from there.

yeah it was broken seal between the head and the intake manifold. but driving last night the tranny just decided to disentigrate on me... pieces and oil scattered all over the road... kinda sweet but not really pretty.. anyways so if anyone close to the okanagan has a spare tranny please let me know asap...
