This is a link to a website for a company based out of Portland OR. They are strictly Honda and Acura Parts only. If you cannot find it here you wont find it. They also have lots of links on their site as well. Auto Adventure (http://www.partsadventure.com/)

Check that out, could be a great way to get 3geez parts ordered. Just post the CAD file on the board and whoever wants one can get it made.

Their website says that their program should be easier to use than CAD. Maybe someone with CAD experience should check it out and let us know... If anyone needs the actual AutoCad, I can :ugh: tell you where to get it...

I work here http://www.bjnevada.com/ As a C.N.C programmer/setup and operator. B&J is buying me a new Fanuc Robodrill with a few arms. This is what one of the arms looks like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOCmoYU6h1Q We have cnc lazers, punches, press brakes, mils, lathes, wire edm, and saws. As well as manual machines Also we have a weld and hardware department.

Oh yeah my girlfriends dad owns http://www.pacificflange.com/ they have 2 cnc mills and a lathe its manly a manual shop. But as the name implies they make flanges. I do have access to his shop on the weekends and at my shop i can make what ever i want after working hours.

Good place to get materials, tools, o rings, etc. http://www1.mscdirect.com/cgi/nnsrhm?KNC-T7L391316886

I've not used alumaloy but I have used other aluminum brazing rods. They do work but it's tricky to do without melting whatever it is you're working on. And with bigger pieces it takes LOTS of heat. Because aluminum is such a good thermal conductor the heat you put into the work area dissipates very quickly.
