Only because i couldnt find any in that color which im guessin that i am not the only one with that problem. My question is if this works in my car would any of you guys be interested in purchasing some colored gauges ?

Let me know and i will tell you how mine turns out.

He engraves as in carves and cuts. He can carve and cut gauges out, to fit into are cars from some sort of plastic sheets. He said he can do it in any color too.

What about translucent gauges so I can see behind the gauge but the numbers engraved in them so they light up when the lights in the cluster go on?

Just think it would be cool to see all the electronic shit behind the gauges.

Could he hook me up with some blue gauge needles. I can do my gauges but if I paint the needles the everthing get fuck up. They would have to be almost the exact weight as the stock ones.

Aight well me and Java just discussed the whole gauge cluster thing and im not so sure bout takin the faces off of the fuel/temp gauge so instead of doing the actual gauge faces maybe we can do the cluster that goes over the top of them.

What ya think

What would you engrave on the bezel? Could I get Dragons snaking around my gauges? That would be so sic.

you can take them off, it's not hard if you are gentle. Can he carve the gauges on clear plexiglass or something?

You can take the Needle off the Fuel amd Temp? As far as I can tell on my SE-i they are part of the shaft.

yea those come out with a metal shaft still stuck to em
the easiest way is to use a tool with a taper (like dyke cutters or however it's spelled), slide it under and push down like a lever to make the needles pop up.

Well we are gonna have to practice on java's hatch. If we can get it offf then we will make the faces. Also talked to him today and he doesnt exactly want to do the whole bezel just the faces so hopefully we can get them off. Java i will give you a call this weekend so that we can try to get this done.

If they were on c lear plexiglass how would you be abole to see what speed and everything you were at?? But again let me and java try to get this thing off, then i will check into it for ya. But it doesnt seem as if anyone is really interested in this, personally i dont see why not.

I work in Easton. It's about a block away from the Circle in Easton or about a block away from the 4th street exit on 22. I work from 10-6 and can usually take my lunch break whenever.
