Swaping intake manifold and throttle bodies

Some were around her i saw that we can change throttle bodys or intake madifold to a B16a throttle bodys. or intake madifold. has anyone done this? if u did is it hard? and how much gain do u get?thanks crew

i am not sure about throttle bodies but i heard that you can put any B series intake manifold with little work.

It's probably saying sorry can't find it because you've been spelling MANIFOLD wrong. Try again with the correct spelling, I'm sure you'll find plenty.
