I recently got a Pioneer 7500 head unit with the awsome screen savers, 2 pioneer 6 1/2's in the front, and two Pioneer 6 by 9's in the back. :super: I had subs, two 10" Pyramid's but i sold them. I just wanted to see what everyone else had and what they thought of other peoples stuff

Yea i know that my car could use some subs but hit like they are 10's. They sound damn good. I dont really think that i need subs, these have enough bass for me. When i had my subs in my car i just felt like my gas was runnn low really quick (it was probably just something in the back of my head) but it just felt like i was filling it up more often

As for filling up more often, that is entirely in your head.

If you don't want any subs, I would at least suggest amping your speakers... get a nice 40X4 or 50X4 amp and give them some nice clean power, instead of the HU stuff.

I have a stock system right now, but soon will have an alpine Mp3 deck with tilt face, and 1 10" mtx 8000series sub, running at 400W RMS, and 800 peak from an mtx 6580series amp*(not sure if thats the right model number)

I cant wait.

tilt face doesnt really do much. are you getting the 9815? thats what i have. the only thing tilt face does for me is instead of pushing the button in you push it down. its for cars that have mounting way low.
