Man I haven't seen you on here and a long time. What's new with the Accord? Have you took the new car to the track yet? A local guy has one with I/H/E and some DR's and he's running 14.5's

Nice choice on the new car!! Hope to see a turbo kit on it soon...... :super:

Hows the performance on it? I've heard quite a few good things about them. And for the price its not a bad buy! The new body style is MUCH better then the old one IMO.

Is your Hatchy jealous?

My white Hatch got pissed when it saw a brand new '97 Mustang in my driveway.

:burn: :burn: :burn: :burn:

I would drive it around town at least once a week to keep everything fresh and the first day I took it out, it blew a tranny seal. The next, it threw the timing belt.

I am thinking serously about turbocharging it, but the thought of losing my 10yr 100,000 mile warranty just does not sit well. The supercharger that they make, and if installed by the dealer, you will retain the warranty, plus it would be CARB legal. Right now there are not many parts for my car, (sound familar?) But there are a lot of interested companies---It is easier for a company to make parts for a new car than and older one like the 3rd gen accord. (Wish it was not like that, but that is just the way it is.)

The car performs okay, I have spun it around 2 times already. The other day I got waxed by a new WRX (wish I had my damn accord for that...)

The car needs work to get to a decient level (my level.) I have done all I am going to do to the car, I am just going to sit back and wait to see what comes out in the next 6 months to a year.

But it is a fun car, I get tons of looks, and when it is parked, there are always people walking around it looking at it----most do not know what it is since I debadged it!!! hehe

Good Luck Justin, I hope you still have and keep your accord so maybe someday you can put it back together. Thanks for all your help in the past.

My neighbour accross the street from me has a black "tibby" (4cyl) and she just got her Tuscani badges the other day. If you know what you're looking at, they really set the car off nicely. They are very nice looking emblems, not at all cheap looking like the different colored ones for the hondas. I like them.:super:

I remember checking that car out the day it hit the local Hyundai dealership. I was VERY impressed by it, especially the fact that it was a Hyundai. The only major gripe I had about it is the back seat is only for insurance purposes. I'm only like 5'10" and was leaned over so as not to smack my head on the back window, while at the same time, rubbing my knees against the front seat.

But that's kind of a good thing too. I don't like carrying a boat load of people, and really for me, the back seats are only used for storage.

Anyway, if only that little marvel were RWD instead of FWD, I'd have been driving it for months already. Still think I'm gonna be getting one soon though.

Justin, cool to see you back for a it. Hope all is well. What's the story with the 3G currently?

Here is the list of cars at my house-

[mine]
1988 Honda accord (turbo one)
2003 Hyundai Tiburon
1978 El Camino

[roomates]
1970 firebird (very nice and very fast)
1972 Ford Ranchero (pretty quick car)
1960 GMC Truck (fullsized)
1992 ford desiel dually (work truck)
1995 Buick Park Avenue

[Brother]
1995 lexus es-300

Man I feel like a used car sales lot. Nice that I have lots of room at my house

And yes they all run and are not sitting on jack stands----oh wait except for the 88 accord, but that is in the garage so no one sees it.
