How many quarts of Honda MTF do I need to change the fluid, is there a filter? Should I mix it with anytning else? Help appreciated.

There is a filter, but it is built into the tranny. I believe it is a metal strainer, so you can't change it. I can't remember if it was 2 or 3 qts. Some one will post the answer soon.

You need 2.5 Quarts of 20W-40 (use synthetic its worth it), no filter unless you rebuilt the tranny. I reccomend against most additives. Change it when the car is fully warmed up. There are two bolts on the firewall side of the tranny, 16mm if I remember correctly. The bottom bolt is for draining and the top is for filling. I used a funnel with a six inch rubber hose on the end to pour since the bolt is on the side. When it begins to pour out the top it means it is full.
