Not really, but it has saved me a headache.
I loathe bleeding brakes because I am a perfectionist.
I was at Jegs (aftermarket performance mostly mail order) speed shop and I purchased a pair of Russell Speed Bleeders.

With this installed all you need to do is turn the new bleed bolt/valve 1/2 turn, pump a few times and its done. The bleeder has a ball bearing with a spring so when its loosened it pushes out air and fluid and prevents air from getting back in making it a one minute one man job. Not bad for ten bucks. After installing I was able to get the pedel as firm as possible. That part# is for the front, the rear is probably the same size, I will find out when I convert to rear discs.
