nah, the only fatality in that crash was with the car. I'm guessing the driver survived with cuts and bruises, and maybe a little glass, but the front side of the cabin looks fairly intact.

Children, don't try drifting in your little front wheel drive 3rd gen Honda Accord. That's my car, see the IMPACT on that thing? I was out trying to drift the day after the Northern California meet and lost control and now I have to hitch a ride from my cousin to get to work. :D Just kidding, that's not my car. :D Does anybody know what really happened to it?
