Were the coolant comes from the top of the rad, before it gets to the block it passes by these two vacum controlled valves or someting. Theyre right behind the distributor but I don't know what theyre called for the love 'a' me. Well both have 2 vacum lines on them and one vacum line is broken off from the first valve.

Any ideas what this is or what effects a broken line will have on the car?

HELP!

don't download paul's shop manual. Eropean cars don't have emissions. Eropean 3G accords have half of the vacuum lines.

If it has #25 vacuum line on it then it's for the distributor advance... if it's not #25 then it was for the vacuum secondary diaphragm.

its #16. both lines going to and from the thermovalve is labeled #16

I do belive that is the US shop manual. It does not seem to reference any euro models or such. Like the B20.

Nope, that's "Fast Idle Unloader" job and thermovalve A which bring the idle down with car unattended. .. but what's wrong with kicking it?:lol

"so...i have 2 thermovalves in the thermostat housing"

Those are NOT the ones.
I assume ur car was Japan made like mine -86. U have to look at intake manifold to firewall side, there are 2 thermovalves there:
- one with 3 prongs (yellow) with vacuum lines:
#17 sideways, to air box (air bleed)
#25 sideways, to distributer - outer
#19 on top, to outer Fast Idle Unloader
- one with 2 prongs (blue)
#17 sideways outer, to air box (air bleed)
#18 sideways inner, to inner Fast Idle Unloader and outer choke puller.

Blue Tvalve bleeds #18 below 15*C
Vacuum source on #18 comes from Choke Puller through carb internal passage - intake.
Yellow Tvalve bleeds #19 below 55*C

For a clear vacuum routing, download Paul's 11 section page 11-6 or 11-7
