View Full Version : bypassed EFI throttle body coolant flow

well i just bypassed EFI throttle body coolant flow with a hose that basically just skips it all in order to keep the throttle body a bit cooler. i think it is a good idea? other than it wont be warm in the winter :)

i did that on my carbed car, and i feel the diff.

hell yeah, its definetly a good idea i would say, i can feel a noticable difference in preformance as well as the throttle body is MUCH COOLER! (i can touch it after driving for awhile)

yeah, i will as long as it looks like it is safe (it costs around 8$ to do)
like a engine-safe mod

i did it, had no problems from -2 degrees f to 91 degrees and humid, but dont feel the gain after the car has been driven for awhile
