i was thinkin about saving too... i was just lookin on ebay, i can get 2 Pyle 1000 watt amps, and a huge audiobahn 12 for that much.. just daisy chain the amps and run 500 watts rms to each channel.. wont that pound in a huge box??

I have two 15" Pyle subs in a brand new carpeted box that I'd sell you for $100 + shipping. $50 + shipping just for the subs.

i heard some things about Pyle too.. but if they are decent enuff to handle 220 watts rms each, then im fine with that... and im getting a Profile Clarius Amp... its even got a built in sub sonic filter.. 20 hz or 50 hz... anyway, this amp is like 300 USD MSRP.. so im happy

If you are on a budget, then go for some MA audio. My friend is running my old 3 10's in a sealed box, which cost $200CDn, and they sound awesome. But he also has an alpine MRD-M500 amp hooked up to them.

I dont know about an amp. Check ebay, but go get some new MA audio subs if u can. Here they sell them at a place called XS cargo.

i know this brand sucks
http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3040040650&category=18796

but its a 2400 watt amp... for the price i think it will hit really good.. i just want major BOOM.. sound quality isnt that big of a deall.. what do you guys think??

this is the other amp im considering
http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3039296566&category=18797

this is basically the same power as the other one and 20 bucks cheaper.. just no subsonic filter.. and its not as flashy

and another quick question...

if all my amps have a combined fuse rating of 100 amps, will i need a new alternator to run all this power? im thinkin the shit isnt goin to draw that much current, or even close, or else the fuse would blow.. let me know...

thanks again

most amps draw near their rated fusing (somtimes exceeding it) if i were you id get a rewound, you prolly end up needing it sooner or later. BTW Profile Clarus amps are good for the money, except for the 1200.1 or 900.1, the smaller ones are ok
