oil over 1/2 inch pass the full mark

my oil is 1/2 inch over the full make becaues i over did it. i drive hard ever day(red lining). will a half inch damage my seal. :smokin:

you might wanna get it within an 1/4 inch of the full mark (even that is high) especially if you beat on it because if its getting aerated from the crank spinning right above it then you can lose oil pressure...

Drain some oil out. You shouldn't be redlining you car too cuz peak power is about from 5800 to 6300 rpm for our cars and so redlining it isn't a good idea. Good luck.

When your oil is that high your crank will hit it when it spins and cause it to froth up like whipping cream. This will make the oil impossible to pick up by the oil pump and also make it easy to burn. You can FUCK the whole engine if this happens.

It happened to me on the highway with a budys car (Supra Turbo OldSkool) and ALL the bearrings needed to be replaced.

Go to a field or a parking lot you dont like and unscrew the oil filter. Replace it and check the oil....need more out...start engine for 2 secs and then repeat until you are done. It makes a mess though!
