has anyone else had header problems?
i just had a new gasket put in awhile ago(bout a uyear) and it has already gone to...crap...and its has been a pain in the a$$ to get to the damn thing...anyone else had problems w/ it

it it the mid section gasket? your gonna have to get some MR GASKET materail and make your own.. i did and it works great...
i belive its PN 77? its on the website anyway

my header gasket went, so i replaced it, its like-a-new!

I had one of the maintenence men where I work make me a copper gasket w/ their gasket maker.:flip:

I used a FEL-PRO manifold gasket for the header-to-head mating, and went to Honda for replacement crush rings for the midsection and end of the downpipe. Never had a problem with 'em.

crush rings fit? like in the pacesetter??

The DC's have crush rings, dunno about the pacesetters tho.

thanks for your help guy my dad has a friend that is gonna do most of the work for us...its obviously gonna cost more, but he's gonna hook me up with new clean (not rusted) parts
