Is there a fix for a shaking speedometer?
change the wire i would guess
Use a spray lube down inside the cable from behind the cluster when you unsnap the speedo cable from behind the cluster.

Try motorcycle chain lube.

I disconnected mine from the tranny as that is then end you have to remove if you want to pull out the inner cable. I used whie lithium grease which got rid of the noise on cold mornings. The needle STILL shakes a bit at low speeds, though. I figure it will eventually get worse, or break and then I'll just replace the thing.
