Is there only one timing related belt? no ballancer, right?

On our engines, yes. On the newer ones, like our 98 Odyssey, there are three (one timing, two balancer)

Cool. I know on the 4geez, that there is a balancer, but I didn't know about the 3geez.

3 geez and civics (as far as I know) have no balancer shafts, newer accords with F22s do tho... and v6s do too i think

Yes, 4g Accords (2.2 liter) have one balancer shaft. Our 2.3 liter VTEC motor in the van has two.
That is why I may very well pay somebody to do the T-Belt job. It is no needed until 110,000 miles, but you have to be able to hold the balancer shafts in a specific position when replacing the belts. Even the factory shop manual makes it sounds like a pain.

yea and if it comes out a little bit off you'll end up screwing up the bottom end.
