I did a search on my question, but couldn't find an answer. Will the 88/89 CRX front signal lights work on a 88 Accord LX??? I measured the CRX Clear Signals (8.25" X 2"), while mine are 8" X 2". The mounting seeems slightly different too. Has anyone here done this conversion? The reason behind this is that both my front signal lights are broken. I can get aftermarket replacements for $35 Cdn Each or get a pair of CRX Clear Signals from APC for just $45 Cdn.

No they won't fit.
your best bet would be to buy stock lights and remove that yellow plastic like many of us did.

Yeah. And to do so refer to I think it is the 2nd page of the How To thread.

I just made my own out of plexiglass, then painted the housing chrome... looks good.

I was kinda hoping they would work. I would try the plexi-glass approach except one housing is broken too. Thanx to you that responded in any case.:smokin:

Decided to modify the whole front fascia to allow different signals lights instead. Since I have an Erebuni Ground FX kit, I'm going to fiberglass in the existing front bumper lights and add some S10 Clear wrap-arounds to the fascia below the existing lights. this will take place starting next spring, as I don't enough time this to accomplish this before the snow flies. I will post pics of the work in progress too.:super:

So you can't do this in an 87? Or go to the yard and find an 88-89 and pull the lenses off those and install them on a 87?
