Ok.. I really dont understand how A20A1 make the custom little black box that goes on the old stock intake screen.. Can you offer a little help?

I welded it together out of sheet metal.

But how did you design the small box that fits over the screen?

I removed the screen and the rubber ring.

the box needs to be 2.25" tall and have an opening 3.5" wide in the base to fit over the carb. Drilling holes for extra long 6mm threaded bolts to hold the carb adapter down is the last thing to do sice that will determin the angle the adapter sits at.

after you make the adaper squish a 3" or 2.75" pipe to lower its height to 2.25" so you can fit it up to the adapter... angle the pipe downwards and leave the opening round so you can adapt an intake to it.
