Mobil 1 synthetic, 10w-30 year round cuz it sooo damn hot down here, lol. When I lived in IL I used 10w-30 in summer and 5w-30 in winter.

i use Valvoline Max Life 10W30 with nearly a whole bottle of Lucas oil. i may switch to Castrol, and saying that, i will try Castrol in my next oil change. i know the Valvoline im using now is way better than the Quaker State i used to use.

Castrol GTX, 10W-30, year round. No particular reason for Castrol GTX, seems to work fine. Now that I found 3Geez site, I am open to other suggestions.

Kendall 20-50.

Would love to go back to Castrol Syntec or Mobil 1 5-30, however the engine would leak like crazy.

Whatever brand of synthetic 10W-30 happens to be the best price. Mostly Mobil 1 when they sell five quart jugs at Wal Mart for $18.

Whatever is the cheapest in price for oil and the filter. Usually Penzoil.

No need to buy the most expensive
-------if you change the oil and filter every 2,000 or 3,000 miles Like I do.

You haven't changed your oil in 2 years?!?!? :wtf:

I hope you're joking! heh

You're supposed to change your oil every 3 months or 3000 miles. Even if you burn oil, you should still change it because the filter needs changed too. By now, you've probably just got sludge sitting in the oil pan doing nothing.
