Please Identify for me.

Does anyone know where this Accord is from? I know it isn't orginally from the States. I am trying to find out so I can track down the front end and the tail lights and see about getting the parts. Please help me. Thanks guys.

Look at the front, no pop-ups and has old style civic headlights. Look at the bumper on the tail. Also the tailights are different.
