Exhaust tips

okay, most will probably tell me to just get an exhaust system, if i had the money i would. now, what are some good exhaust tips that you know of, and how could i go about putting one on? would it require welding, if so i'm screwed. what sizes are better, don't want the fart can sound.

You can get tips that screw on. Just go to a shop like Midas or Walts and they will have them there. Telll them what muffler you have, and they'll show you the ones you can use.

dont get anything over 2 inches in diameter... a big tip on a stock pipe is retarded

the bigger the tip the louder it will get.
get 2.5" in diameter.

I got a 3.5" tip on a 40 series flowmaster. I look really nice but I might go to a smaller tip. I like the note better with no muffler.
