Plastic moulding repair... Help please.

Well, the car is finally mine... and I have decided I want to repair the plastic moulding on my front bumper for now.. and just paint it with some black duplicolor or something until I can afford a real Paintjob in the spring.

So, this is whats wrong.; .. During the last winter we had, my sister slid through an intersection in the car, and took out a no-parking sign, and a lamp on these peoples front lawn.

So now there is a small, but noticeable dent in the right side of the moulding on the front bumper. How would I go about fixing this?? Would I try to pop it out a bit, and then use bondo to fix the rest??

I have no experience with bodywork, but have access to any materials I have at work... so someone please help me out.

And what paint should I use to finish it off afterwards? remember this is only a temporary thing until spring comes around.
