Junkyard mobil tools, what chu got?

Hey, I was just currious. what do you guys Bring when you go to the junk yard? Im bringing a 1-2 milk Cartons for parts. 2 tool Box's, and 2 peices of Ply wood. All on a Hand Truck.

Milk Cartons- To Hold the parts I want.
2 tool box's- Can never have to many tools!
2pieces of ply wood- So I can lay on my back to get things from under the car.
Hand Truck- all that shit is heavy man!

I take a widemouth tote from sears full of metric craftsman tools, you know deep and standard socket sets, Combination wrenches, offset wrenches, screwdrivers, a Hammer prybar......the normal stuff. I keep a 3 drawer toolbopc in the trunk and if I need anything else I run out and get it. Anything bigger than that I run home and get into the MAC tools roll-away from my good old A&P mechanic days.......I got more tools than most people have ever seen at one time outside of a toolstore

pocket multi tool, wrench, and bag. i can get just about anything i need with those.

Junkyards around here are scared of lawsuits, so most of them won't even let you remove your own parts.

Whats funny, Theres a Prelude in the junkyard the rolls around with a Portible Torch, and Tons of tools. I think its someone that works at the place that rolls around to help people out. pritty niffty idea.

star head screwdriver, 10mm socket + ratchet, multi-tool, and bandaids...cause i always manage to cut myself on something i'm reefing on when i'm in a junkyard. :)

I take one huge fishing box packed of a complete craftsman metric and standard socket set, and then another huge box with every specialty tool I can remember and/or fit. But never forget the wasp killer. One time I did and it ended up there was a nest in the tail light I needed to take off, the only thing that I used to protect myself was a big piece of metal used as a fly swatter.

Audio Tester? What for?

Testing speakers and head units. Last week I got a set of 5X7 MB Quart for 6.00. Ive gotten some infinity's, Polk audio's and many alpines for that price.

10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 17mm, 19mm sockets, shallow and deep. 1ft and 2ft extensions. 6" and 24" prybars. Industrial wire cutters, needles nose pliers (lockable), and a pair of channel locks. Pair of Mechanic's best gloves - protect the wrists. Craftsman racheting wrenches in 10mm, 12mm, and 14mm.

All in an old backpack. :D
