I know it is a pain in the ass. I had to replace both upper control arms and when I did I bought the upper control arm bushings also. It ended up that I didn't put them together correctly b/c the kit didn't come with the entire bushings. So in the end I trashed the new bushings getting them out of the new arms and ended up using the old bushings. Luckily somehow honda made the old arms so that the old bushings were not noticeably worn whatsoever. But they are fine now except they squeek like hell when I hit a bump. TIP: make sure you wd 40, silicone, grease, and everything you can possibly do to those bushings to make them quiet before putting them together, b/c once they are together there is no way to get them to stop sqeeking.
