Look what i made .. gay purple carpet .. but all they had .. more of .. and less of black and greyish/white .. band pass(plexiglass top and front inserts.. and notice the mirros on the inside/front of the box ?) .. anyways .. two audiobahn 10s .. clean bass .. best out of jls and fosgates that i tried out ..well anyways enuff talk check the pics..

Well... it LOOKS nice,(but I don't care much for the bling-bling of Audiobahn) but bandpass + Audiobahn will most often = slop... unless you really did a good job designing the bandpass box.

Where are the ports on the box?? I don't see any, I just see an opening, that looks like it's VERY short, thus tuning the box high... but I don't know, I haven't heard it, maybe it sounds really good.

And I'd suggest you hear a JL in a good install... all of JL's subs #1 goal is Sound Quality, but a lot of them can get very very loud too (w7;))

it is nice setup. i hope you glued the plexy glass to the box. they will blow out very easy.
this kind of setup is more for the show, it is not design for SPL or SQ.

Oh... I didn't see them... they are a little bit hidden, and the out-of-control blingin' from the baskets on those subs does kind of draw your eye from that :D

yea .. but audiobahns do hit hard .. just have to give it nice power for it to do its job .. trust me .. it does it .. heh .. and ive tried JL w3s .. and they hit about the same to me .. but i dont kno about on the scale .. so yea .. and these are only 10s and not the higher model a.bahns ..

Ive heard alot of bahns, and most of the ones in the sealed boxed hit VERY hard but refused to play low low frequencies, and audiobahn altogether is overrated. I think good audiobahns will hit harder and play louder than JL audio, but the JL audio will sound way the hell better. Nice Box BTW

yea .. if you kno what to do with audiobahns the deal is right .. but you can get good low low frequencies .. ive tried it out with some bass test audios.. but it was just a box that i made to show off .. i have 3 more 10 inchers. total of 5 .. i made a seald box for 3 allready .. if you dont believe i have 5 subs .. ask me to take pics and ill post em . =D .. so yea .. audiobahns are good subs if you kno what to do with them and the setup is right

nice box, i wish i could build something like that, ive wanted to try but im no carpenter so i dunno, and i think audiobahn is a good deal for the price you pay, those were going for like 100 bucks a peice in last weeks circuit city..

It all depends on the amp and what you want out of the sub. I suggest you first do some more research. I am running one cheap ass jensen 10 with this huge surround and it really hits pretty hard and clean IMO, and for $30 I really can't complain.

Depends on what type of music, 10's are good for Rock, Korn like stuff. 12's are good all around. and 15's are that HARD HARD LOW DEEP BASSSSSSSS that Just SHAKES EVERY THING!!!!!!
