stuck bolts

im in the process of lowering my 93 integra with coilovers... i've done the front 2 fine, but the rear 2 where the strut connects to... id ont know the name, but where the bottom of the strut connects to that other bar, i have the bolt about half way out, i can twist it but its not going anywhere, same thing happened for the other side, any suggestions? thanks!! (i'll have pics soon)

why cant he put it in technical ? even tho he got an integra doesnt mean he cant be part of the family .. just help him out .. but same thing happend to me .. i just stuck a screw driver on the other end and hit it with a hammer out .. try it if it works .. but thats what i did ..

I've encountered this problem before too. It spins but doesn't pull out. All I did was pull REAAAAAALLL hard and it just popped out. What was happening was a vacuum was being created behind the bolt and it was super hard to pull out; same thing that happens when your shocks are at full extension--they want to pull themselves back together.
