one day while my friend and I were walking through a junk yard, we saw this 86 accord hatch. At first we thought it was a corolla gts, we said check out the watanabes on it!! jackpot right.... well it was an accord. and we said what the hell are the rims doing on the car... with a little research i discovered that a 14x6 mugen power rims were an option on a couple of years, i was wondering how RARE these are and if we should scoop them up, even if one has a HUGE crack in the outer lip???

I'm with Alex on this one. Those rims are a REAL tough find. Get them, there's bound to be someone around that can fix the one wheel.

my friend wants to give up on getting the rims, and I said why, "oh I dont want to bother the guy who owns the junkyard to take them off... what a putz... i will convince him otherwise and hopefully take pics to show the rims... they would look cool on any honda if you ask me...:D

Dude, that would be amazing... get them, and it can definately be fixed by pretty much any wheel repair shop.

I know they're rare and all but I never have been crazy about the way they look(not that the stock wheels are great either)

hmmm.. they dont look like the link at all... maybe there not mugens??? they look like wantanabes, initial d style like on taks hachi.... anyway when i get them i will take a pic and post it to find out what the hell they are....:huh:
