Loose wire under hood..

Any body know what the heck this wire is? Is it a ground or power wire for something?

kinda looks to me as if it goes to the starter ? iono .its in the area .. just guessing ..

Check to see if both of the cables are connected to your starter. bboipinoy112 maybe right because its proximity to the starter leaves little to my curiousity.

Well the car starts fine. So I dont think it is to the starter, but I will check it out tomorrow. Its too dark out right now.

That's true. May I suggest when you do check it again, follow it from its source from underneath the car to get a better perspective.

Its a ground cable that is usually bolted onto the top of the thermostat housing. The tab further down is usually held by the bottom thermostat housing cover bolt. Since there are a few ground routes being MIA is not presenting you with any problems.
