Ideal gas consumption for std machine

Hi guys, I'm a newcomer from Jakarta Indonesia. I want to know how much is a normal gas consumption for 1988 honda accord 2000cc. My car condition is totally standard. And FYI my car's consumption is 1 litre of gasoline for 9 kilometers. Is that normal?
3 Geez Honda Accord launched in my country didnt have flip off front lamp (fixed lamp). Thanks to you experts..:wtf:

when my car was stock i used to get 14 km on 1 little.
right now i am getting about 10 km on 1 little. i think for your car it is normal. your car doesn't have any emissions so it will eat fuel a little more.
