and the lights are little LEDs that I got from schucks, you can see them in the bottom corner of my lights

Looks to me like you got the ballooned tire look going on (the tires appear to skinny for the rim). But this might be for clearance purposes, then it's alright. My back tires looked like that on my chevelle since they wheels were 15 X 8's and the stupid guy before me put 6 inch wide 60 series tires on it, I replaced them with 9.something inch 75 series wide tires and they difference is quite amazing, the tires actually are so big that the top of them is always behind the wheelwell, but they don't rub whatsoever.
