Crap, my headgasket is starting to leak oil. What a bitch of a job. Might as well change the timing belt as well. Do I have to pull off the exhaust manifold? I should be able to leave it on disconect at the flex pipe and pull off the rest. Any cheats?

Is there oil in your coolant or is there oil on your engine? I don't know of any cheats. You would need to remove the exhaust manifold from the head and undo the nuts that hold a bracket on to the back of the block. That should give you enough slack to pull it off the studs.

So it isn't leaking oil into the coolant. It is an outside oil leak. It is wet around the distributer and the rear corner of the block. I can't find exactly where it is coming from. It isn't the valve cover gasket. Could it be the distributer o ring or the seal for the camshaft? Pain in the ass is what it is!!
