They use different mounting systems, so the answer is no.

*blerk* be creative paul, umm use epoxy or some sort of mounting design to fit it in. Just a matter of rigging something up, doesn't matter if the mounting's are different, as long as the sizes are right you shouldn't have a problem.

You can use an epoxy resin of some description, that'd be the easiest, but the only problem you would have is removing the assembling to change the globes.

I wouldn't mind getting my hand on a set too.

Glue them in, how are you going to replace the bulb's? I have a how to for making clears for the 86-87 cars. Start from the bottom picture and go up. If you have any questions, just ask.

If you can figure out a way to drill 2 mounting holes in a 88-89 turn signal assemblies, but you'd have to be spot on with your drilling, you might be able to make them work.

Those bulbs usually have a pretty long lifespan anyway,...

hmm say just glue it, and rip it out whenever you get a new globe!

or you might be able to replace the globes by going under neath the car

Wow. I just realized my old 72 Pontiac Catalina was ahead of its time. It had clear corner/turn signal housings up front with orange bulbs inside.

I even did H4 halogen conversions on the thing.

Well after looking at sheet floresent lighting reflector panels and the pieces that come with floresent light's them selves, I concluded that their was not way I was going to use something that was paper thin and very brittle. I went looking at the junk yard for turn signal assemblies that could "donate" a good size piece of refector plastic. I found a late 80's jeep that had huge clear turn signal assemblies and cut them down for my clears. Nice an thick.;)

The 86-87 are shorter than the 88-89. So they won't fit.

Maybe if you cut them they will fit but, then it might look crappy.
