air intake control valve

My lxi idles up and down mainly when its cold. I have a feeling its the air intake control valve. Its a common problem with civics so i dont see why it wouldnt be with the accords... anyone else have these problems? Or can confirm it is the AIC valve.

try looking under the drivers side seat to see what code the computer is giving (count the number of times the led flashes and refer to the FAQ section and match up whats wrong with the number of flashes)

my check engine light never came on, itll still give me a code?

Yeah the idle up valve behind the throttle body likes to go bad.
