they look cool but not practical to drive with in a manual transmission ! i 've driven a 626 mazda 87 with the same digital cluster like the one ou 3 g got , it's so hard to monitor the rpms !

I already checked this into... it can be done, with alot of patience and available parts.... not available in North America..

it's gettable if you can find a JDM importer... I think they were only on the 3rd Gen Honda Accord Exclusives.... kinda like the SE-i of the Japanese Domestic MArket, I'm talking to a guy in NZ about hooking me up with one.

find english-speaking parts guys in Indonesia, Japan, or Southeast Asia. NZ can get em, but it's a lil harder than the other guys.

lemme put it into perspective here, getting a JDM digital cluster is MORE of a hassle than getting JDM corners, or Accord Armrests.

I found one I could buy but I was told it wouldn't fit without mofifications and other control boxes.... I might try it one day.

For your info, it came on the Gen2 Vigor (Basicaly a 3rd gen accord)

Was there another post all about JDM parts for our Accords? What else is available out there? I have relatives in Japan that can help me get stuff but I wouldn't know what to ask for.

Instrument cluster, armrest (any pictures of this?), corner lights.

What else?

But yah that setup is sweet, as far as monitoring the rpms, just takes practice my man.

Remember unlike a normal spedometer where you have both km/h and mph, with this gauge you will only have km/h and us americans will have to convert on the fly.

how come your meter lights orange, and has different windows for gauges,

The ones here are of one large LCD screen that illuminates white against black, and it looks mega cool when we turn the ignition to ON and the meter beeps 2 times, and shows HONDA for half a second, then resumes to normal display.

I wish my car had it (I have a JHM, it only comes with the JDM 2.0 SE, (dual carbs with B20A). :super:

my accord has that cluster, i have a 3rd gen ex i now from austria, 2.0 16 valve fi its an 89 manual the rpms arnt hard to monitor... its actually simple it doesnt rav out as fast as my Dx does on the tach. its like a slow motion tach but its persice....

i remember this being talked about like when i first joined, they're damn cool, but i mean, even after you paid over 300 to get one, try to mod it to fit, who says it would just plug in like any other cluster, im sure theres special connectors and control boxes, itd be a headache and a half

hey A20A1, i have the pic of the yellow one. i think thats the same one. i probley also have the hb somewhere. i can remember the yellow one was an autocross car. never seen those pix though. and Guyver007, im hopin that u still have that EX 3gee. if so, take some pix of it. u can post em at cardomain.com . if u do want to post pix there, just set up an account if u dont already have one.
