I don'T know if it is the same, but the model # is.
i can't find header for the 88 accord on ebay but i can find the prelude. is it the same header for both prelude and accord? look at this http://www.morepowerracing.com/html/engine/headers/dc_headers/dc_4-2-1_ceramic_2pc/dc_4-2-1_ceramic_2pc.html
LOOK AT THE MODEL NUMBER. :pimp:

i'm not saying that you are wrong, because i don't know the answer to the question stated. But just because both cars use the same engine doesn't mean the header will be the same because of the length and chassis design of the car. It could have a shorter or longer downpipe and header extension.
