Halo headlights?

A while ago I saw some halo h4 conversions on eBay, you know the ones where you can hook up a separate switch and you could make the outside "ring" of the headlight glow blue? Well I really want a pair for my hatch, but I can't find em! Does anybody know where to get these?

Autozone carries them for about $39.99. I have also seen them at RSversion.com, jcw.com, procarparts.com, jegs.com and some others.
