Ok i just fixed my idle a while back and it was fine. now its pissing me off. when i rev to 2 or 2500 grand it goes down fine. but when i rev it to 4000 or 3500 it get stuck at 1900 and i have to go under the hood and push the butterfly down. (were the cable loops on) then it goes down again. Also whats that adustment screw right next to the TB at the end. (the end mean at the back were all the tubes are, right next to them. thanks guys

rebuild the carb or get a new webber carb. you might try using a spray cleaner on the butterfly but it suond like it needs to be rebuilt.

their are 2 nuts connected to a holder just after the throttle rotor/ butterfly loosten the cable also you can pull back on the gas pedal and that should bring it back to normal.

and if you are talking about the flathead screw next to the red line near the TB it is the idle ajustment screw.

try soaking the TB in some kind rust removal solution.

Just take it off and spray the shit out of it with throttle body cleaner spray and use a tooth brush to clean the rest.

Start looking at the idle control valve on the back of the intake manifold. This is what has cuased idle problems on both of my ludes. Sometimes they get air bubbles stuck up in there. You can bleed the coolant system and it should go away if that is the problem
