Ok I have recently been tring to adapt a civic over bore throttlebody http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2429697094 to my accord I have portmatched the TB to the intake and the fast idle controll ports but I am having map sensor issues. When I drive it works fine untill I press the clutch and the RPMs shoot to 3-4 K and sit there untill I am stopped for a bit. I think the reason may be because I am not getting a tight enough seal. ( havent got the nuts on the bolts because of clearence issues. So I have been attaching it with a hgh temp silicone sealer seems to work ok ecept for the map sensor andy input guys. I will try to get picts up later.

remove the studs and use allen head bolts. that should get you enough room.

Good tip Sean.
If you go to napa you can get a sheet of uncut cork gasket material, you can cut it to make your own custom gasket, that may help with the sealing as well.

So if I grip the studs with my vice grips and twist they will come out?

Also I have already port matched it so the stock gasket fits perfectly.
