Heater Question

Ok... My heater simply will not get hot... All it ever does is blow out cool air... Even when the car has reached the normal temp level. Any thoughts or ideas?

Have someone watch the heater valve in the engine compartment near the firewall. Make sure that the valve moves when sliding the heater temperature control. The control cable might be binding or the valve might be stuck shut.

it is eather heater valve is not open or it is cloged.
i would flush the heater core first.
here is how you do it. diconnect heater hoses from the engine. (make sure you have some coolant for refilling)
insert the water hose to the top heater core hose. it is called back flash. this way it will flush out all the particles. It helped my heater.
