removong seats

Any one know how to remove seats from the car...i realised today how filthy my car is from all the wendys i eat{pieces of french fries and nuggets}. its gettin me very nervous....i wanna pull up some of the carpet and bvacuum but i need to get the seats out first. thanks

Move the fronts all the way back on the track and take off the two bolts that face towards the front of the car, then move it forward, take off the two plastic covers, and take out the two downward facing bolts. It takes a few minutes. The drivers side seat has a plug that needs to be unplugged also.

when I removed my seats I was discusted with how the guy who ownder the car before me treated it. I don't eat in my car and I know some of the shit I found was food... and lots of money in places I didn't know existed
