If I can rembember correctly (probably not) you can unscrew the bulb from the back after you disconnect the harness. Removing the whole assembly can be a pain in the ass.
i see....but the battery is in the way right there.....do i have to remove the battery....??
thanks!

You don't need to take the whole headlight assembly out. You can get to the bulb from the back like kory said. As a first timer, you should remove the battery for more space. Have fun and good luck.
