I went with Colt because it's very close to me and the owner is a very honest guy when I dropped by his shop. I have nothing but good things to say about him. The guy you should contact is Geoff and the website is www.coltcams.com If you tell him Yasu led you to him, he can help you out with the specs and stuff from the cam that I got. The grind I got was a little different that most standard grinds so he can fill you in on the details.

I got the mild increase with a tri-flow design. It gave me a good increase all the way through BUT it really made a difference after 3000 rpm. You can talk to him about raising the redline.

I think it was $20 insured (one way). Phydeaux can fill you in since he had his shipped. I picked it up (10 minute drive) so I don't quite remember what Geoff said about the other ones he shipped to the US. My idle is completely normal and I get much better gas mileage driving regularly. I took it into emmissions testing and it passed with flying colors. I got the same great readings as the year before with no cam. It took me a few times to get the valves adjusted properly but that was a very minor thing. Oh, it's $150 CAD for the regular grind and $175 CAD for the tri-flow (takes more time to do) so that is roughly $100 US-$115US.

Ok I think I will get the triflow one more thing if I can be a bother what valve settings did you use.

I forgot but I'm pretty sure it was .006 and .009 (<--abit tighter than the books say but it's okay).
