I am kinda confused by this ad. Could someone explain to me what engine this really is?

It's a prelude b20a5 out (1989 prelude s-i) won't fit our cars.

Sure it will fit. If a h22 or a regular b series will fit than I see no reason why it can not. Of couses it would take a lot of custom welding and lobor. It would not really be worth it.

I guess that is what has me confused. The ad says this motor will swap with the B-series in Civics and Integras, and we can put Civic and Integra motors in our cars with aftermarket engine mounts, then why wouldn't this motor work with those same mounts?

Also, I read somewhere that the Accord JDM B20A has its oil filler near the distributer and the Prelude B20A is near the timing cover. The motor pictured in the ad has it near the distributer.

Just curious.:confused:

The motor displayed is Yasu's engine.... not only did the guy steal the picture but he displays the wrong engine......

I just looked at Yasu's pics cause i knew i saw it somewhere and sure enough it is his. I hate how people do that cause it false advertising especially when they dont say that is not the actual item in picture.

With the angle at the B20a5 sits the intake manifold would hit the firewall on the accord. IF did some real custom work you probably could make it work, but fir that much trouble you might as well go with a H22a

OMG! That is my motor. I think this is the 2nd time someone used one of my pics for selling something on E-bay. Oh well, maybe I should e-mail him.......

You should put your email address in a bright color in the middle of the pic, or all over it to prevent that from happening.
