Not a chance....

My car is cleaner than that, and it has 230k

My car was identical to that when my parents purchased it for 2,500 4 years ago. That seems pretty high for a 87, despite its immaculate condition.

Bah. My engine bay and whole car is alot more cleaner than that. I embarrase that guy with my cleaness of my car. Also, the bumpers need to be redone, and then, maybe he should ask for that price.

The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value represents the amount an auto dealer might ask for a specific vehicle. The Suggested Retail Value is a starting point for negotiation therefore the actual sale price will vary. Popularity, condition, warranty, color and local market conditions will be factors involved in determining a final price. This retail value is not a trade-in or private party value.

This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. The Suggested Retail Value also allows for advertising, sale commissions, insurance and other costs of doing business as a dealer. Most vehicles being offered at this price have passed an inspection and some may carry a warranty.

No way back when i got my last Coupe i paid $3200 and that was in near perfect condition and the interior was flawless even with factory mats. I would pay more money for a low mileage car but the body has to be flawless and well kept.

Screw retail, that is a dealer rape price. I paid 900 for mine with less miles.

If that was a coupe, i'd buy it. My coupe's interior is really shitty, and I can't clean it... it's like someone poured grease into the driver's side floor carpet... plus it has a few rust spots to take care of as well.

Haha. Too bad my next vehicle isn't going to be. Then again, I am willing to pay the 6-7 grand for it.

mine was free, but when my parents got it, it had 152,000 miles and the hood had been backed into with a truck, slightly damaged hood and bumer had scrapes, they paid 1400, then this summer it got backed into again by a truck only this time the trufck had a tow hitch and it ruined the hood! and headlight (d/s) so now its silver with moroon hood and headlight assembly on d/s dont look to bad but i think it bent the body part, cuz the hood and headlight assembly dont line up the hood is like 1/2 inch above the headlight!!! still dont look horrible though, now its got 180,000 miles on it and theyv only had it 2 years this april!!! lol they drove alot and now i do(did till suspension) so its not fully mine yet, not till i pay off my ticket, then i get it back!....lol oh well still its in great mechanicle shape and only needs new suspension, everythang else is great except body and suspesion, i wanna sell it for 1400.....lol:smokin:
