Universal Air bypass valve

Can anyone give me some insite/reviews found on this Universal air bypass valve.

that goes inline in a cold air intake so if you by chance go through a deep puddle, your car wont suck up water and hydrolock. It'll suck through that filter and save your engine. A good thing to have if you have a full cold air setup and live in a place where it rains a lot.
