What is the best suspension for my 88 honda accord LXI haatchback and also can I fit 18'' rims on my haonda accord?

Are you doing this for looks or for performance? 18" wheels are definitely going to reduce your acceleration, but they can fit. You need 45 mm offset and may need to roll your fenders. A search should pull up the specifics.
