my car is annoying in the morning

yes
when my car warms up
when i start the car
it idles 1500 rpm
but when i start running the car or drive
the car revs, 1200 - 2000 rpm up and down continuiously
how annoying
it does that every morning
the car is loud when it revs up and down
but after 30 min it goes normal
how its really annoying
i know it juss should be idling around 1500 to warm up
but my revs up and down

my car is an lx-i and it doesn't do that. My moms car a camry does thoe. it did this ever since an emmissions sensor broke and had to be changed? i don't know if those are connected. you should check that out

It very well could be a problem with the fast idle valve.
