e-test in ny?

title pretty much asks the question. Is there an emissions test here in ny? also, if i remove the vacuum lines, is there ANY way to pass the test without having to like bribe him or suck him off or some sick shit.

yea there's an e-test, and its a bitch.....you pretty much fucked yourself when you removed the vaccum lines, your ride has NO chance to pass now....try throwin the lines in (?) just for the test, but i can gurantee you that your whip has no chance to pass, an btw, the only way you can really get out of this without puttin the vacc lines in again is to have the guy who's doin it to inspect another 89 accord and just scan your registration in its place...nys inspections are a fucking hassle an a half believe me
