I am about to go to the junk yard and find a good set of 88 taillight covers, the full set. Mine on my car are fine, but I am about to do a custom tailight painting, and I dont wanna f**K up. So I need to get an estimate of a junk yard set and even a new set if its worth it. thanx for the help.... Also does any one know where I can find a OEM top peice braw for my accord. I wish they would make some that would show my nice blue emblems too.?:super:

Have you seen this done, done it yourself, or are you just guessing with a little work that someone could get them to fit?

Like how much "customizing" are we talking about here? Those look really nice, how much did you get yours for? I wanted to tint my taillights but I think having something removable would be nice in case the Po-po got angry...

:D WOW those really do look sweet..... now is it possible to make with an 89 accord lx-i? And how much on average do they go for? I was also woundering if anyone has ever used black spray paint to tint their tail light? I was thinking of using any generic black spray paint to tint my tail lights but dunno if it will come out right or good, or if you will be able to see the light enough to go through the black spray paint... if anyone has tried this, please reply, Thanks guy's Peace! ;)

I think you'd have to use somthing like what you would tint your windows with regular black spray pain would more than likely not let enough light through.

sorry i am bad with mustangs,.... so what years do i need to look for, and how much are we looking at to buy this? i think it looks VERY good on your car... i am thinking i will black out all my lights instead of clearing them... it would be a different look, and could look great with the right paint job!

doesnt sound like it... unless you want to do a lot of modifying. if you are upfor it, i would say to just paint them with translucent black paint...
